Cycle Testing

ShowerLock™ conducted its robotic mechanical endurance tests for more than 10,000 cycles. At one cycle per day, that's equivalent to more than two decades worth of cycles without failure, loss of function, or noticeable wear. ShowerLock™ dispensers are built to last. 

Pull Testing

Intensive pull testing on the ShowerLock™ dispensers, when in the locked position, showed staggering results, withstanding forces of more than 100 pounds without failure.

Salt Water Testing

To simulate atmospheric conditions near salt water, all tests were performed at an atmospheric pressure of 28 ±2.5 inches of mercury absolute, at temperatures of 75 ±15°F, and a relative humidity of 50 ±30%. Post-test inspection revealed no visible exterior damage, defects or any other abnormalities.

High-Strength Materials

ShowerLock™ Dispensers are made with rare Earth magnets, aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum bodies, and high-strength 304 Stainless Steel components for maximum durability. 

Anodized Aluminum

ShowerLock's dispensers have highly durable surface finishes thanks to a specialized anodizing process, which strengthens corrosion resistance and allows for long-lasting custom matte colors. Email sales@showerlock.com to request the full color palette. 

Industrial Strength Tape & Caulk

Using industry-standard 3M VHB double-sided tape, and industrial strength caulk around the perimeter, ShowerLock™ dispensers remain ultra-stable on the wall. ShowerLock™ Dispensers are designed to be the last dispensers you'll ever need to purchase.
